📋 Description
• Support a wide range of real estate finance and infrastructure finance transactions. • Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and related documentation. • Manage transaction workstreams including CPs, timelines and closing processes. • Assist with structured real estate financings, development financings and portfolio transactions. • Support infrastructure financings across transport, decarbonisation and digital sectors. • Liaise with clients, lenders, sponsors and internal teams. • Contribute to business development activities including pitches and credentials.

• Experience in real estate finance, banking & finance, or infrastructure finance. • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Collaborative, commercially aware and proactive. • Commitment to Clyde & Co values.
