📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate and organize the smart meter rollout in collaboration with our German locations • Develop and optimize processes for our dynamic electricity tariff • Handle energy market processes via market communication • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and technical standards in the energy sector • Monitor and analyze project progress and derive measures to achieve objectives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations • Build and further develop data-driven solutions for process automation • Prepare reports and analyses on the progress and results of the rollout • Support customer service with special cases

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree or comparable qualification, ideally in (energy) economics or a commercial/related field, or vocational training (e.g., in a business/administrative area) • Knowledge of project management and process optimization • An analytical and structured working style, a good understanding of technical contexts, and solution-oriented thinking • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Confident use of common Office programs and the ability to quickly learn new software • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Bonus points for: initial experience in the energy industry • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
