📋 Description

• Generating opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts • Creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification • Leveraging Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and pitching product to interested prospects • Detecting customer pain points and understanding their context • Evangelizing collaborative learning in the market and presenting the 360Learning value proposition • Collaborating with coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales while benefiting from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment) • Native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency • Enthusiasm for our culture explained here
