📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Technical Lead to develop comprehensive test strategies. • Lead the detailed design and oversight of test execution. • Enhance and expand automation frameworks and practices. • Serve as a primary QA contact for development and product management teams. • Mentor junior team members and advocate for quality standards. • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. • At least 3 years of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium). • Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines. • Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as Python). • Deep knowledge of databases and SQL. • Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
