• Ensure end-to-end delivery: You are accountable for your production team delivering reliably every week — and you step in when a team member is unavailable. • Meet team targets: You know the operational performance goals and help your team achieve them. • Brief and give feedback to Creative Strategists: You provide content direction, brief new clients and onboardings, and give feedback on script and strategy level. • Client management & client calls: You are the first point of contact for clients in Slack and run the regular client calls. • Escalation point for your team: When editors, content managers, or production assistants can’t resolve issues with their direct contacts, you handle them. • Manage team capacity: You recognize when your production team reaches capacity limits and are responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members. • Continuous improvement: Processes, projects, employee development and training — you continually evolve your production team.
• 3+ years of experience in Performance Creative, Creative Strategy, or Paid Social — ideally at a D2C agency or in an in-house e-commerce brand. • Deep understanding of Direct Response Ads & funnels — you must be able to write copy and understand what makes effective creatives and funnels. • Strong operational skills — you keep oversight of multiple clients, deadlines, and team capacity simultaneously. • Leadership without ego — you lead and enable your team rather than doing everything yourself. • Self-driven & autonomous — you don’t need close supervision; you want to shape processes and continuously improve. • Client-focused — you communicate clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented with clients. • Team player & sense of humor — we work closely together, support each other, and don’t take ourselves too seriously, while maintaining a performance mindset.
