📋 Description

• Drive Treasury Management revenue with a specialized focus on receivables solutions • Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, and Product teams to design and deliver client strategies • Serve as a consultative expert on accounts receivable workflows, ERP integrations, and payment data orchestration • Use APIs and automation to improve cash application and working capital efficiency • Guide organizations through receivables digitization and payments modernization • Support complex, enterprise-level opportunities • Influence product innovation through market and client insights • Act as liaison between Sales, Product, Operations, and IT • Lead solution design discussions involving APIs, file transmission, and data mapping/validation • Provide guidance on migration from paper-based to electronic receivables channels • Analyze and articulate impacts on working capital, liquidity visibility, and operational efficiency • Identify product capability enhancements based on client needs, ERP trends, and fintech innovation • Provide updates to Product Management teams on solution requests, feedback, and client needs • Represent Fifth Third in client presentations, industry forums, and strategic discussions • Maintain pipeline visibility and drive opportunities through closure

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of Treasury Management, Payments, Fintech, or ERP-related experience • Expertise in Receivables and Accounts Receivable processes within mid-market or large corporate environments • Technical experience integrating banking solutions with ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics • Experience with APIs, host-to-host connectivity, EDI, XML, CSV, and data transformation/mapping • Deep understanding of cash application, remittance data challenges, and reconciliation workflows • Ability to engage in technical and operational conversations with Treasury, IT, and Finance stakeholders • Experience with fintech platforms strongly preferred • Proven consultative selling skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain complex integrations in business terms
