📋 Description

• Reporting to the SVP Finance, work closely with 6sense’s executive team and key stakeholders to develop financial models and strategies • Provide analytical insights and decision-making support for achieving financial targets • Align and facilitate cross-functional execution of 6sense’s strategy • Ensure financial and operational goals are defined and achieved • Evangelize awareness of strategy across departments • Own financial analysis and reporting, managing the monthly forecasting process • Lead the preparation of quarterly financial analysis and reporting • Drive accountability through the annual budgeting process • Collaborate with teams on financial aspects of company OKR processes and strategic analyses

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an MBA or CFA or CPA preferred • A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with a significant portion in a leadership role • Prior experience in SaaS at scale, experience with Private Equity is a must have. • Demonstrated success in consistently producing timely and highly predictable financial models • Experience project managing and implementing financial reporting systems • Innate curiosity to understand overall business and industry trends, and use these insights to devise ad hoc analysis to surface business risks and opportunities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a simplified way to leaders • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
