📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle for high-value B2B deals, targeting real estate investors and home services businesses. • Act as a strategic consultant, leading discovery calls and tailored demos. • Execute clear, timely follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline. • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years closing high-ticket B2B sales (SaaS preferred) with complex, multi-call cycles. • Proven experience selling high-ticket services or software to clients in the real estate investing or home services industries. • Demonstrated evidence of self-sourcing and re-engaging dormant leads to fill your pipeline when needed. • Strong skills with CRM/engagement tools; concise note-taking; clear next steps; and reliable sales forecasting.
