📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth blockchain investigations across multiple networks • Trace transactions, identify patterns, and attribute activity where possible • Perform open-source intelligence investigations using public and proprietary data sources • Collect and normalize data from blockchain explorers, APIs, public datasets, OSINT sources, and internal systems • Analyze incomplete, non-standard, and multi-source datasets to identify behavioral patterns, risk indicators, and investigative leads • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence on entities, wallets, and counterparties • Assess risk exposure and identify potential illicit activity • Build reusable scripts, queries, dashboards, and data workflows for investigation, enrichment, monitoring, and reporting • Produce clear, concise, and defensible intelligence reports for internal and external stakeholders • Bridge blockchain forensics and traditional intelligence tradecraft to uncover hidden patterns in global crypto activity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of blockchain data structures and transaction behavior, including wallet/account models, token transfers, smart contract interactions, DEX activity, bridges, and differences between major blockchain ecosystems • Understanding of EVM and non-EVM smart contracts • Proven experience conducting open-source intelligence investigations, including data collection, validation, attribution techniques, and linking digital identities across platforms • Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets, including filtering, aggregation, and extracting meaningful insights • Practical experience with web scraping techniques and tools for extracting data from online sources • Familiarity with automation workflows highly preferred • Working knowledge of scripting or data tools such as Python, SQL, or similar for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Ability to assess source credibility, cross-verify information, and distinguish signal from noise in OSINT environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present complex findings clearly and defensibly to technical and non-technical audiences • Fluency in English • Successful completion of a challenge submission • Successful background check required for employment
