📋 Description

• Responsible for acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities within warehousing, value-added services, and end-to-end supply chain solutions • Report to the Head of Business Development NEC and work closely with Solution Design, Operations, and Product Teams • Focused on driving growth and winning new business – without direct people management responsibilities • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the Contract Logistics segment • Develop tailored customer solutions in collaboration with Solution Design and Operations teams • Conduct market and competitor analysis to detect trends and business opportunities • Prepare and deliver customer proposals including commercial calculations and negotiations • Manage the full sales cycle (from lead generation to contract signature) • Ensure alignment with regional and global stakeholders to maintain consistency and profitability • Represent Maersk at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen market presence

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within Contract Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management • Proven understanding and Network of the Polish Contract Logistics Market • Proven track record in winning projects and delivering revenue/profit growth • Strong understanding of Contract Logistics operations and value-added services • Analytical and conceptual strength with commercial acumen • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Polish and English (German or another European language is a plus) • High self-motivation, structured working style, and ability to succeed in a complex international matrix environment
