📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality service work across low to medium complexity projects • Follow ABB processes, quality standards and safety guidelines • Plan and execute work with a strong “first-time right” focus • Build trusted customer relationships and respond with urgency, professionalism and ownership • Provide remote technical support to customers during standby time • Work with customers on-site to identify operational improvement opportunities and eliminate pain points • Perform field service tasks and identify and analyze technical issues through remote or on-site activity • Prepare material lists and ensure materials, parts and equipment are available and appropriate • Prepare work packs, including risk assessments and method statements • Troubleshoot equipment/process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and recommend preventive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Highly skilled in electrical / mechanical engineering solutions; marine and ports industry experience preferred but not essential • Ability to be flexible with schedules and self-sufficient in the field • Experience in field services; ABB product experience desirable • Willingness to work in demanding environments in the UK and internationally, on and offshore • Relevant tertiary qualification in electrical engineering and/or a demonstrated professional track record • Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel • Current driving licence valid in the UK
