📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for site management and coordination of installation and commissioning of medium- and low-voltage switchgear • Directing and monitoring construction progress on site • Responsible for schedule, cost and quality management throughout the project lifecycle • Creating, maintaining and tracking schedule and commissioning plans • Coordinating and technically supervising internal resources as well as external partners and subcontractors • Ensuring clear, structured and professional communication with customers, project stakeholders and service technicians • Monitoring compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations (HSE) • Planning and coordinating partial, functional and final acceptance tests • Preparing and actively participating in the handover of systems to the end customer

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Meister (master craftsman) or technician • Several years of relevant professional experience (minimum 3 years) as a Site Manager or Construction Manager • Ideally, solid knowledge of switchgear, particularly medium and low voltage, and experience in large-scale projects or power generation • Very good knowledge of occupational safety and experience implementing HSE requirements on construction sites • Experience working with international clients • Good written and spoken English (at least B1 level) • Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration and team orientation • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Willingness to travel extensively • Valid Class B driving license
