📋 Description

• Support our hotel projects across Europe in the area of technical building services (TGA / KG 400) • Take technical responsibility for the electrical and HVAC/plumbing trades • Review external specialist plans from Ruby’s perspective and proactively integrate our requirements • Ensure our technical and quality standards are consistently implemented • Challenge and advise specialist planners, investors and project partners at eye level • Support projects from design through implementation to commissioning and handover • Provide support during the execution phase with a focus on quality, functionality and the details that make a difference • Regularly visit our construction sites – but work predominantly remotely/in the office • For our FF&E projects, manage the tendering, awarding and execution of the trades: sound, IT, F&B (catering) and keycard systems

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HKLS / building services engineering or an equivalent qualification • Experience in TGA technical site management (Fachbauleitung), specialist planning or a comparable role • First-hand construction site experience, but eager to work at a more overarching/strategic level • Confident in plan review, quality assurance and project coordination • Strong technical understanding across all project phases — from design to handover • Work in a structured, self-directed way and maintain an overview even with many interfaces/stakeholders • Happy to travel and visit sites, while also enjoying focused work in the office or remotely • Fluent in German and English
