• Own and drive the Northern Europe marketing strategy in alignment with global OUS priorities. • Shape and embed a central, therapy‑focused marketing model, with clear ownership and accountability. • Lead and develop a multi‑country marketing team, including therapy‑focused Product Marketing Managers. • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across Northern Europe markets. • Lead regional launch strategies for new neuromodulation products and therapies. • Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive revenue through impactful campaigns and field enablement.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Medical Devices marketing (implantables required). • Background in cardio, neuromodulation, neuro or related implantable therapies. • Proven people leadership across multiple countries. • Strong experience in regional strategy, organizational leadership and product launches. • Solid understanding of clinical pathways, evidence‑based marketing and reimbursement dynamics. • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrix and highly regulated environment. • Pharma‑only backgrounds are not in scope for this role.
