📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic leader of the assigned territory • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs • Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders • Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences • Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution • Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in customer interactions • Complete required AbbVie training and follow company policies and OEC/Legal procedures • Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities • Report to the Senior District Manager • Travel approximately 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech • Oncology/hematology experience required; Multiple Myeloma experience preferred • Competitive selling skills • Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Persistence and grit with a strong track record in challenging environments • Personal auto or company car/truck • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements • Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, potentially including background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination • Regular business travel by air or car • Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers • Account Management experience preferred • Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • People management or leadership experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
