• Reach out to potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails • Identify client needs and recommend the right Abnormal AI solutions • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns • Demonstrate leadership, effective sales planning, and collaboration with internal partners and external customers • Meet (and aim to exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual targets • Partner effectively across sales teams to drive results • Be the go-to expert on Abnormal AI’s product offering
• 6 months to 1+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Rep, Sales Account Executive, or similar role (less experience is fine if you’ve got the right drive) • Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team • Strong understanding of customer pain points and how to translate them into business value • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while hitting goals • Drive, grit, and a team-first mindset - you love to compete and win • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
