• experience working with in the Public Services Sector with an experience in and passion for selling Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO, and Case Management propositions. • good experience managing a business development or sales pipeline, with a track record of achieving targets • confident engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships • commercially astute, able to qualify opportunities and shape tailored solutions • skilled at using insight, research and market intelligence to drive sales decisions • strong understanding of business development best practice - account planning, pipeline discipline, reporting and risk management • salesforce experience highly advantageous
