📋 Description

• Collect, organise and evaluate data across the business • Develop and continuously evolve dashboards and performance reporting frameworks • Deliver user-centric dashboards with actionable performance insights • Ensure reporting solutions are accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Establish and maintain reporting governance, documentation and standardisation • Integrate and collate data inputs from multiple business areas • Support development and adoption of Power BI solutions • Apply best practices in data visualisation, modelling and insight delivery • Use Power Automate to improve reporting and business-process efficiency • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and support informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical expertise across Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate • Proven ability to design, optimise and scale robust end-to-end reporting and data solutions • Advanced capability in reverse engineering and modernising legacy reports and technical solutions • Requirements elicitation and translation skills • Ability to translate complex data and analytical insight into clear, concise and commercially meaningful outputs • Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills • Track record of identifying and implementing analytics, methodologies and tools to enhance insight capability • Advanced analytical and Excel skills • Experience operating within complex operational environments • Resilience and adaptability to deliver under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
