📋 Description

• Lead and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding participant care • Oversee service operations to ensure safe staffing and efficient patient flow • Drive quality and governance through effective risk, incident and complaint management • Monitor performance and improve services using KPIs, feedback and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical leadership and operations experience • Hold a recognised clinical qualification and professional registration relevant to healthcare practice (e.g. Nurse, Paramedic, Allied Health Professional or equivalent)
