📋 Description

• Own the release pipeline end to end, including platform certification and submission, PC and console backends, and post-launch updates for catalogue titles • Coordinate with the Mythwright Production team and development partners across projects • Manage build cadence and hold releases to quality and schedule • Manage releases and submissions on Steam and other PC storefronts • Manage console certification and submission with Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo • Validate builds against platform requirements • Run PC and console backends, depots, and branches • Track changing certification requirements and create repeatable submission checklists • Conduct console compliance passes or coordinate them through vendors • Execute marketing-defined launch windows and coordinate developers and platforms • Own launch-day runbooks and sequence platform go-live steps • Keep the studio informed of release status • Triage and resolve launch-day issues • Own post-launch update cycles, certification, and submission for patches and updates • Coordinate fixes with developers and keep live builds current across platforms • Use automated workflows to deliver regular updates efficiently • Improve release efficiency through automation and process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Release Manager on shipped games personally released by the candidate • Strong console release and backend experience • Experience with compliance and certification for Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo • Strong experience with Steamworks backend, depots, branches, and build submission • Familiarity with Epic Games Store backend, depots, branches, and build submission desirable • Excellent coordination and communication across developers and platforms • Strong understanding of build pipelines, submission processes, and post-launch update cycles • Pragmatic, hands-on approach using emerging tools and automation • Ability to surface risks early and keep multiple titles on track simultaneously • Must be located within the UK or Europe
