📋 Description

• Deliver personalised one-to-one patient consultations by telephone • Use motivational interviewing and behavioural support to help service users work toward health goals • Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date clinical records • Maintain confidentiality • Support the service user engagement strategy to drive satisfaction and retention • Provide behavioural and lifestyle change guidance through the NHS digital weight management programme

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified dietitian • HCPC registered • Experience working with individuals to achieve health goals • Good time management • Attention to detail • Passion for health improvement
