⢠Develop, implement, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions ⢠Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience ⢠Develop paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and create detailed campaign plans including budget allocation and ad creative ⢠Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms ⢠Create and optimize ad content, including ad copy, images, and videos; monitor ad performance and adjust to optimize CTR, CPC, ROAS ⢠Conduct audience research and segmentation; implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies ⢠Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad content that aligns with brand guidelines ⢠Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools; generate regular reports and provide recommendations for optimization ⢠Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates and recommend new strategies and features as needed ⢠Occasional collaboration with creative teams and flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field ⢠Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in paid social media advertising ⢠Marketing Agency experience required ⢠Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus ⢠Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms like StackAdapt is a plus ⢠Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques ⢠Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools ⢠Excellent communication and collaboration skills ⢠Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging ad content ⢠Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools ⢠This role is required to be based in the US or Canada
