📋 Description

• Provide day‑to‑day administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, including security, role management, and system configuration. • Develop and maintain custom CRM components, including plugins, workflows, web services, entity‑relationship customizations, and reports. • Perform CRM plug‑in development using XRM Toolkit and maintain code quality through established standards and best practices. • Manage CRM integrations using Web Services APIs, third‑party tools, and RESTful service patterns. • Support backend services and UI components including web applications, function apps, and Azure Key Vault integrations. • Apply database design principles and coding best practices across MS SQL Server–based CRM components. • Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, and release readiness. • Use GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests, and code review workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. • 7 additional years of relevant experience. • Experience with programming, SQL, or a BI platform. • Experience working within an Agile development environment or with development/testing activities. • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
