📋 Description

• Support the Finance process area for a large-scale federal SAP program • Define functional requirements and design application solutions aligned with business processes • Ensure solution design and delivery align with project goals, federal compliance needs, and stakeholder expectations • Provide leadership and guidance to functional teams • Oversee implementation of SAP financial solutions • Ensure accuracy and completeness of functional designs • Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables • Promote adherence to Accenture delivery methodology • Ensure design decisions support federal reporting and compliance requirements, including SFIS, GTAS, and SLOA • Provide insight and leadership across multiple teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP project management with a deep understanding of SAP Finance solutions and implementations • Proven leadership skills and experience managing multiple teams in complex, fast-moving environments • Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business and federal objectives • Deep experience with SFIS, GTAS, and SLOA federal financial standards • U.S. Citizenship required (no duals) • Eligible to obtain a government Public Trust clearance • U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
