📋 Description

• Lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing • Translate business-area customer information into detailed enterprise application designs • Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members on alternatives analysis and recommendations • Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations • Apply budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work-planning expertise • Manage, mentor, and train junior team members • Lead data migration solution design and create data migration strategies • Write, review, and approve technical specification documents • Develop and execute cutover plans for conversion execution • Plan and execute mock conversions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP development experience, including S/4 Greenfield • 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA data conversion experience • Extensive SAP project management experience and deep understanding of SAP solutions and implementation • Proven leadership managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment • In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management • Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives • Experience mentoring and developing team members • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams • Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies and current industry trends • Experience with Agile methodology • Experience with DevSecOps automated tools • US Citizen (no duals) • Ability to obtain a client Public Trust government clearance • US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
