📋 Description

• Assist and support the qualification of Tensar proprietary systems by successfully implementing bid strategies to close business • Act as a liaison between Tensar's engineering department and the client to maximize efficiency and effectiveness • Develop and execute a business development plan focused on Government agencies, Geotechnical Engineers and Key National accounts • Generate monthly reports to the Area Director to track key projects in each sector and forecast sales for manufacturing • Train, educate, and provide technical support to distributors and provide job site assistance as required • Travel to regional locations to support licensees and region engineers with promotional activities and technical/operational support

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years work experience in the construction industry • Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred with knowledge of construction related products a plus • Ability to travel regionally between 25% - 50% of the time • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and a self-starter • Exceptional organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills • Professional Engineer license considered a plus • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience preferred • PE (Professional Engineer) License is a plus
