🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment • Experience supporting brand products and services • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma required; college education preferred • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting • Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services.
