• Owning features end-to-end • Engaging directly with NHS GPs, practice staff and patients • Designing architecture and API boundaries • Holding the quality bar for what you ship • Making architectural calls that keep our codebase sustainable • Pushing back constructively when something is wrong
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable building production software across the stack • Proven ability to reason about systems • Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage problem definition • Treat engineering quality as part of the job • Curiosity about AI tools and how they change the way you work
