📋 Description

• Manage and monitor (end-to-end) technical tickets and incidents opened with carriers and partner providers. • Establish and maintain active, strategic communication with Operations managers and leadership via phone and other channels to perform follow-ups and ensure prioritization and the resolution status of critical tickets. • Apply proactivity and a systems-oriented perspective when monitoring processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of routine faults. • Develop, propose, and track the implementation of preventive and corrective action plans aimed at optimizing workflows and reducing the volume of future incidents. • Provide data-driven insights to operational leadership by identifying trends, critical bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous service improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Management Processes, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. • Knowledge of networking and a strong affinity for technology. • Basic understanding of telecommunications. • Availability to work a 12 x 36 shift schedule (12 hours on, 36 hours off).
