• About Achieve Test Prep's mission is to make higher education more accessible and affordable for working adults. • Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses. • Notice: It is essential to attempt the pre-screeners provided during the application process. Applications lacking completed pre-screeners will not be taken into consideration for this position. • We are currently seeking a talented individual with sales experience to join us as an Appointment Setter. • You will be responsible for booking appointments for our Sales Representatives. • It's important to note that there is no cold calling involved, as all leads have inquired via our marketing efforts. • You must still possess the ability to qualify customers and effectively communicate the value of our services. • Both inbound and outbound calls will be part of your responsibilities, and each call is an opportunity to make a sale by securing an appointment. • As an experienced salesperson, you likely understand the nuances involved in this process. • In terms of compensation, this position offers an hourly rate along with incentives. • Your earning potential increases based on your performance, as you will be rewarded for every appointment you book, regardless of whether the prospect ultimately enrolls or not.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fluency in spoken and written English. • Flexible schedule within the hours of Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 9 pm EST. • Strong work ethic, consistently demonstrating a serious approach to job performance and outperforming colleagues. • Ability to quickly establish rapport with strangers and make them feel comfortable, even in tense situations. • Positive attitude, with a natural inclination to have a positive impact on those around you in the workplace. • Understanding of people and the human mind, particularly how and why people make decisions. • Motivation by financial incentives, driven to not only achieve but exceed earning.
