📋 Description
• Identify suitable public funding partners at municipal, regional and federal levels • Secure funding partners for projects • Research appropriate funding calls and prepare grant applications, including financial and budget plans • Attend events and invite potential partners • Keep existing funding partners informed about project developments • Work with the finance team to monitor project budgets
🎯 Requirements
• Interest in gaining experience in grant acquisition and management • Knowledge of the public funding landscape, particularly related to sustainability, environment, agriculture and Education for Sustainable Development • Experience working with publicly funded projects and grant award guidelines • Basic knowledge of grant law and administrative regulations (e.g., ANBest-P) • Experience with various public funding platforms in Germany (e.g., Profi Online) • Confident use of MS Office programs, especially Excel • Organizes the workday using digital tools • Experience with project accounting software or ERP systems is a plus • Confident presence when engaging with partners • Empathetic, inspiring and reliable communication skills • Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, positive attitude toward new challenges and a structured way of working
