📋 Description

• Support and assist with all personal care needs • Listen to and provide companionship to clients • Observe and report changes in clients' health • Help with food and drink • Respond to emergency situations • Prompt and administer medication • Accompany and transport clients to appointments and/or social events • Provide client support with hobbies and other activities • Deliver care in clients' own homes across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced, caring, and passionate individual • Understanding of Person-Centred Care and MCA/Dols • Right to work in the UK • Minimum 1 year of experience within care • Full UK driver's licence is essential • Enhanced DBS on update service is desirable • Must be able to pass enhanced DBS • Must be able to work unsupervised with vulnerable adults where required and meet safeguarding requirements
