📋 Description

• Support and assist with all personal care needs • Listen to and provide companionship for clients • Observe and report changes in clients’ health • Help with food and drink • Respond to emergency situations • Prompt and administer medication • Accompany and transport clients to appointments and/or social events • Provide client support with hobbies and other activities • Deliver first-class care to clients in their own homes • Participate in required safeguarding practices and professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• Right to work in the UK • Minimum 1 year of experience within care • Understanding of Person-Centred Care and MCA/Dols • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Enhanced DBS on update service is desirable • Must be able to pass enhanced DBS • Must not be barred from working in Regulated Activity • Ability to work with children, young people or vulnerable adults and fulfil safeguarding responsibilities
