• Supporting daily living skills • Promoting independence and choice • Supporting community access and activities • Assisting with communication methods and routines • Following Positive Behaviour Support strategies where required • Recording accurate care documentation • Working closely with families and professionals
🎯 Requirements
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism (preferred) • Full UK Driving Licence • Access to your own vehicle • Right to work in the UK • Willingness to undertake specialist training • Flexible to work shifts, evenings and weekends
