β’ Consultation with probation practitioners and/or NACRO & PACT frontline workers β’ Assessments β’ 1:1 psychologically informed intervention β’ Adapting approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, psychoeducation β’ Work collaboratively with delivery staff and probation practitioners β’ Facilitate case consultations β’ Enhance colleaguesβ skills in supporting individuals with mental health needs β’ Dynamically assess and manage risk, sharing information with partner agencies
π― Requirements
β’ at least 2 years experience working within mental health and/ or criminal justice services β’ experience delivering 1:1 interventions
