• Take on a rewarding new challenge in a supportive and professional environment • Deliver exceptional patient care and service with a caring and empathetic approach • Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of patient care • Assist with administrative tasks related to treatment coordination
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor – we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment • A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration • A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills • A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service • Dental Nursing may also be required on an ad hoc basis.
