📋 Description
• Support and assist clients with all personal care needs • Listen to clients and provide companionship • Observe and report changes in clients' health • Help with food and drink • Respond to emergency situations • Prompt and administer medication • Accompany and transport clients to appointments and social events • Support clients with hobbies and other activities • Work with safeguarding responsibilities when supporting children, young people, or vulnerable adults • Follow codes of conduct, ethical standards, safeguarding policies, and expected behaviours
🎯 Requirements
• Compassionate and caring personality • Caring, empathetic, and motivated approach • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Right to work in the UK • Enhanced DBS check required • Must not be barred from working in Regulated Activity with the relevant vulnerable group • Ability to fulfill safeguarding responsibilities when working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
