📋 Description

• Responsible for the P&L in Germany and leading a compact local team • Direct reporting line to the European executive management • Strategic management and further development of the tender business • Identify profitable niches and design the channel architecture for hospitals, wholesale and mail-order/online channels • Active relationship management with wholesale, hospital procurement and mail-order partners • Shape the company's positioning in Germany vis-à-vis statutory health insurers (GKV) and industry associations • Active participation in the portfolio strategy for the German market • Strategic management based on reliable group-level data and reporting • Regular travel to Frankfurt

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of strategic commercial experience in the German generics market • Deep strategic understanding of the statutory health insurer tender business (GKV), including market mechanics and portfolio logic • Experience in relevant sales channels, e.g., hospitals, wholesale, mail-order/online retail and pharmacies • Proven track record of margin optimization rather than gross revenue maximization • Leadership experience is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset and focus on strategic impact
