📋 Description

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple Controls sites • Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards • Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures • Drive incident investigations and identify root causes • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs • Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities • Promote a safety-first and sustainability mindset • Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders • Serve as the main contact person for the Workers Council

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline • Qualification as a German Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa), or ability to obtain this qualification • Relevant experience in EHS compliance, risk management, and occupational safety management systems • Previous EHS experience in field-based environments • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 • Experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments • Fluent in German and English • Driving licence • Willingness to travel in Germany
