📋 Description

• Showcase beverage applications through intimate knowledge of Kerry Beverage products and sell to operators • Serve as the subject matter expert across 300+ brand SKUs • Provide training and tools to advance and enable CORE Sales teams • Demonstrate understanding of barista and bartending techniques and back- and front-of-house operations • Develop relationships with key customers as a consultative resource for menu and item gap analysis, beverage, and operational solutions • Work in a cross-functional team environment while balancing multiple or shifting priorities and commercial channels • Perform other duties as required or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate • 5+ years’ experience as a Bartender or Barista in the beverage industry with proven expertise • Creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for the beverage industry, especially coffee and bar segments • Strong technical expertise and deep understanding of beverage products, recipes, and trends • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in foodservice or hospitality • Experience in menu development and recipe creation • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data • Proactive and results-driven approach • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for beverage management and sales • Flexible and adaptable mindset
