📋 Description

• Coordinate learning and capacity-building activities supporting grant objectives and program outcomes • Provide humanitarian sector coaching for New and Underutilized Partners and recommend suitable operational engagements • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training and capacity-strengthening solutions • Design and develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, and digital learning content • Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning programs • Support training logistics, scheduling, communications, participant engagement, and learning documentation • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices • Monitor and evaluate learning activities, identify improvements, and measure outcomes • Maintain learning resources and knowledge management systems • Support partner and staff capacity development through coaching, resource development, and technical assistance • Contribute to grant reporting, work planning, and related documentation • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams, partners, and stakeholders • Stay informed about trends, tools, and best practices in learning, capacity development, emergency preparedness, and humanitarian programming • Advocate for children’s needs and prioritize child protection in decision-making • Uphold Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors and ministry through prayer and Christ-like conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 7+ years of relevant work experience • Experience in humanitarian and disaster relief program design, management and accountability • Experience supporting donor-funded, humanitarian, emergency preparedness, international development, or related programs preferred • Proven experience designing and delivering field-based, hands-on learning, training, and capacity-building initiatives • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders while managing competing priorities • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are required • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in French and/or Spanish is preferred • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time • Must uphold Compassion’s child protection behavioral expectations and Code of Conduct
