📋 Description

• Generate leads, manage the sales funnel, qualify opportunities, and provide product demonstrations • Meet or exceed sales forecasts for assigned products in the designated area • Identify potential sales leads and develop plans to convert them into sales • Make customer presentations and workshops to build product interest and engage key opinion leaders • Plan and conduct product demonstrations with FCAS and/or TSC • Travel throughout the assigned area to develop customer relationships, solicit orders, attend trade shows, and perform troubleshooting • Provide field support, onsite training, and applications support for the MACSQuant® install base as needed • Use the CRM system to document customer interactions, manage leads and appointments, and track opportunities • Maintain relationships with the MACSQuant® install base in coordination with FCAS and TSC • Participate in strategic market analysis and provide competitive information to management • Identify new product opportunities and special marketing programs • Collaborate on shared accounts to grow company sales • Travel domestically and internationally as required

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D., M.S. or B.S. degree from a four-year college or university • Three to five years of equipment sales experience in the life sciences environment • Flow cytometry experience preferred • Familiarity with a variety of sales concepts, practices, and procedures • Valid driver’s license • Evidence of insurance/insurability • Ability to receive appropriate clearance to access restricted government accounts • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical sales representatives • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required • Ability to walk, stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds • Ability to handle more than one task at a time and work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail • Home office environment that is temperature controlled
