📋 Description

• Own retail execution across the assigned market by planning and managing store, set, and special-project coverage • Lead shopper marketing and connected commerce measurement using proprietary frameworks to quantify impact across channels • Synthesize sell-through results, coverage analytics, and survey insights into actionable narratives and recommendations • Drive Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing against agreed retail priorities • Champion client objectives and align the retail selling organization with client goals, standards, and activation timelines • Engage clients and principals while keeping internal partners informed of updates, wins, risks, and course corrections • Collaborate with Business Managers, Marketing, Sales Technology, and other multifunction teams • Use RW3 and related tools to communicate priorities, analyze coverage, and maintain measurement feedback loops • Analyze retail-conditions data from RW3, surveys, and audits; pilot and scale improvements • Handle special projects and ad hoc initiatives that accelerate client results and improve playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Prior experience in food brokerage, retail operations, or set/execution work is required • Supervisory or team-lead experience with the ability to coach, direct, and motivate others • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships • Clear, professional communication skills with comfort engaging cross-functional teams, clients, and retailer partners • Ability to use essential tools and equipment for retail execution, including calculators, communication devices, simple hand tools, case cutters, and pallet jacks • Ability to work in the United States, validated through E-Verify
