📋 Description

• Sell CORE clients' products to existing and new customers at the operator level within the assigned territory • Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets • Make, obtain, and secure sales through product presentations and customer interaction • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of at least 35 accounts, calling on them at least every trimester • Make at least 8 sales calls per week and present at least 3 clients on each call • Use the CRM system for sales activity planning and reporting, target and objective planning, self-management, and real-time data entry • Use outside data sources to build selling stories around flavors, trends, and insights • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for committed clients at 2 to 3 times the goal, including 3 opportunities per strategic client • Maintain and update operator profiles, including buyer contacts, priorities, market segments, attributes, size, buying group affiliation, distribution channel, and competitive information • Prepare and secure sales tools such as samples, programs, and POS materials for professional sales presentations • Support company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs, and district sales meetings as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and events • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
