📋 Description

• Receive incoming calls while following scripts and meeting standards, handling 60–80 calls per day • Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately • Handle chats from residents • Process incoming emails from managers, vendors, and homeowners • Create work orders and relay them to vendors or managers • Return phone calls according to company policy • Take detailed messages, relay information, and enter notes • Communicate with managers about requests requiring special attention • Follow relevant Community Care standard operating procedures • Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operation of the Community Care Department

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or equivalent • General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook • General knowledge of office equipment, including a personal computer • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment • High level of customer service • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to read and interpret operating, maintenance, and procedure documents • Ability to speak and annunciate clearly over the telephone • Excellent written communication skills • Personable, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Ability to work prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer • Ability to constantly use a telephone and wear a headset • Quiet designated work area and fast internet • Availability to work any assigned shift between 7am and 6pm PST
