📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers involved in motor vehicle accidents • Assess customer needs and qualify them for accident management services • Promote and sell vehicle replacement, repair management, and insurance claims handling services • Use Activate Group’s bespoke software and databases to record, update, and maintain claim information • Communicate and collaborate with customers, clients, third parties, and repairers to achieve optimal repair journeys • Maintain high conversion rates while complying with FCA and other industry regulations • Follow up on leads from insurers, brokers, or direct marketing • Manage workload and prioritize assigned claims to ensure progress and high customer service standards • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or telesales environment • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills • Experience of working in a target driven and fast paced environment • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into confirmed bookings/services • Attention to detail with accurate data entry • Knowledge of FCA regulations desirable • Experience within the insurance and claims industry desirable • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a persuasive sales approach • Ability to work 18.5 hours from 11:00am to 2:45pm, Monday to Friday
