📋 Description

• Own payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring seamless delivery through the payroll partner network • Serve as the senior point of accountability for payroll quality, accuracy, compliance, and employee experience • Build and maintain relationships with payroll partners, set expectations, and drive high performance • Lead and develop Delivery Managers and payroll professionals across multiple locations • Act as the senior escalation point for complex or high-impact payroll issues • Implement preventative controls and mitigate operational and compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions • Use data, insight, and performance metrics to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement • Drive standardization and operational excellence while balancing consistency with local requirements • Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Payments, and external partners to align payroll delivery • Lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and employee and client experience • Develop leadership capability and foster ownership, growth, and collaboration within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in payroll operations across multiple countries or regions • Experience leading through others, including managing managers • Experience developing leadership capability across distributed teams • Ability to break down complex challenges into clear actions and structured solutions • Data-driven approach using metrics and insight to monitor performance, identify risks, and continuously improve service delivery • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence internal stakeholders and external delivery partners • Strong continuous improvement mindset • Commitment to building high-performing, supportive team cultures centered on accountability, development, and collaboration
