📋 Description

• The International Recruitment Specialist will sell CIEE seasonal placement services to U.S. businesses. • Responsibilities include prospecting, maintaining relationships, and promoting CIEE at tradeshows. • Candidates must be willing to travel internationally as needed and maintain a sales database. • The position also involves hiring program participants for host employers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) • A minimum of 2 years of previous sales success required, B2B and human capital solutions preferred • Experience in international exchange programs preferred • International travel and/or work experience preferred • Recruitment/Human Resource experience preferred • Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce • Ability to work collaboratively • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment and within tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take initiative and be flexible • Energetic, personable, goal and team-oriented
