• Answer calls and emails promptly for new travel arrangements and itinerary changes • Use Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations • Maintain account knowledge and check queues daily for ticket accuracy and completion • Maintain non-stop programs, preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals • Provide travel expertise and send international travel quotes • Analyze fare rules, restrictions, non-refundable conditions, Open Skies, and FAA rules • Meet management-defined KPIs, productivity targets, transaction goals, attendance, and schedule requirements • Communicate with airlines regarding flight changes, seating, and upgrades, and update clients • Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved traveler-service workflows • Deliver excellent customer service, identify traveler issues, and resolve problems • Collaborate with agents and employees to gather information and service travelers • Participate in ongoing industry training • Maintain effective relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients • Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international experience is a plus • Experience booking travel for government clients required • Experience using a GDS system; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus • Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes • Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act, and Open Skies Agreement • Strong computer and typing skills, including rapid navigation between programs and shortcut-key use • Demonstrated ability to learn and use technology, multiple applications, and multiple monitors simultaneously • Ability to consistently deliver excellent internal and external customer service • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening skills and ability to clarify traveler needs • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and receive feedback and direction • Professional and positive demeanor; ability to work cooperatively • Ability to work remotely and meet company home-office requirements • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information • Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CT, with some weekends and holidays as needed • Ability to pass credit, criminal, and/or employment-reference background checks • U.S. citizenship required by contract; proof required upon hire • Ability to pass the government clearance process required by clients
