📋 Description

• Establish new capabilities at the intersection of commercial objectives, technical onboarding, and customer support • Drive strategic projects that create step changes in Service team efficiency, speed, and customer experience • Shape how Aduna services are onboarded, delivered, and supported over the mid- to long-term • Translate strategic ideas into business-value outcomes • Bring cross-functional stakeholders together to deliver tangible outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Senior subject matter expertise in Network APIs • Proven track record of creating step changes in customer experience, speed, and operational efficiency • Deep Network API domain expertise • Broad cross-functional perspective • Ability to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions • Ability to bring stakeholders together to deliver tangible outcomes • Genuine curiosity about how things work, including at a detailed level • Business, technical, and operational experience • Proven track record of translating strategic ideas into business-value outcomes • Experience with complex initiatives requiring strong cross-functional stakeholder involvement
